Runs in my blood

A raw, deeply personal song about watching mental illness move through my own family for generations. It speaks on bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and the pain of seeing people I love struggle in different ways — some overcome it, some keep fighting, and some never made it out. This record is my way of telling the truth about what I’ve seen, what it’s done to my family, and what it feels like to carry that weight and still keep going.
